Standard Delivery
Dispatched by the next working day following receipt of order, by Royal Mail 2nd Class or 48 hr Parcel service. Personalised items take a little bit longer: please allow up to 5 working days as we make these just for you. Standard delivery is FREE when you spend £15 or more. Orders under £15 will have a postage fee of £3.81.

Next Day
Order by 2pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch and next working day delivery to an address where delivery can be signed for before 5pm. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. This service is not available for personalised products. If you require personalised products quickly, please next day please contact us by phoning 0800 318192.

Dispatch and Delivery – Europe and Rest of the World

Standard Delivery
Dispatched by the end of the working day following receipt of order by either post or parcel service. Personalised items take a little bit longer: please allow up to 5 working days as we make these just for you.

If your order contains a particularly heavy or bulky item, we reserve the right to contact you before dispatch to request a payment to cover the additional postage cost, or to decline your order wholly or in part.

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce international services. Delivery speed will be according to their scheduled services to your country. We expect that this will be 5-7 days from dispatch but this is not guaranteed.

Please note that your country may require payment of local customs duties and taxes before release of your parcel. You are fully responsible for payment of such duties, if any, and for any additional costs of local delivery.
