Ordering Answers  

 
 

Is postage and packaging included in the total price or is it added on at the end?
Postage to UK and EC is FREE. Where VAT is applicable to products it is payable at 20% and VAT will be added to orders / invoices if ex vat prices have been used.

Postage to Channel Islands and Gibraltar is FREE. Please use ex vat prices on your orders.

Orders to the rest of the world: Outside Europe the price excludes VAT, which is not payable, but includes a charge of 20% to cover post and packaging. Orders which are particularly heavy or bulky may incurr an additional charge. Should this apply to your order, you will be contacted with full details prior to the despatch of your order.
 

   
 
I previously ordered a set of customised stickers. Do I have to go through the same process to reorder them again?
No. Once you have created a customised sticker it is saved against your account and can be used by you again to order more.

Simply log in to your account and select the type of customised sticker that you have previously created. You will then see your previous templates available for that sticker, one of which will be the sticker you are looking for.

Just click on the one you wish to repeat and either add it to your basket or perhaps you would like to modify it slightly by changing the text or the design.


   
 
I want to order a mixed pack. Can I select which stickers are included in my pack?
Yes. We offer the facility where you can choose your own stickers and therefore get exactly what you want.

Look out for the Build a Mixed Pack link in the stickers that can be mixed. Just click on the link to start building your Mixed Pack. More information on this process can be got by clicking on the What are Mixed Packs? link which appears at the top of the relevant sticker section.

When volume and price are more important than choice, pre-selected Quick Packs are ideal. These offer a large selection of stickers with a similar message across 15 sticker sheets. This is the equivalent of 3 mixed packs of stickers.

I’m new to your site. Where can I find the products you offer?
You do not have to register or Log in to our site to view our products. Just click on Shop By Product then on the product type. If you want to see all the products we offer for a specific subject just click on Shop By Subject then on the required subject. Alternatively you can use our Order by Code facility if you know the code of the product you are ordering. The Search facility is very useful if you don't know the product codes but have an idea of what you want. Just enter the text in the search box, for example, Well Done, which will give you all products with Well Done on them.

   
 
I have just seen your advertisement in a magazine, but I don’t see any Product Codes to order with?
You don't need to know the product codes to order our products. Just click on Shop By Product and then the type of product you are interested in. If you want to see all the products we offer for a specific subject just click on Shop By Subject then on the required subject. If you are not quite sure what it is you want why not use the Search facility located to the right of Shop By Product. Just type in what it is you want, for example, Well Done, which will give you all products with Well Done on them.

   
 

I have selected the products that I wish to buy, but I can’t proceed through the checkout from my basket. Why?
If you are unable to proceed through the checkout to the next stage after your basket, it is probably because you have not Registered or Logged in as a Returning Customer.


   
 
Delivery Answers  
 
 

How quickly do you deliver?
We aim to despatch, by First Class mail, orders received by 3pm (Mon - Fri) the same day we receive your order. Orders placed at the weekend will be despatched on the next working day, which is usually a Monday unless there is a holiday. Our smaller parcels are delivered by Royal Mail First Class post. Larger parcels are normally sent by Courier Service on a 24 hour delivery service (i.e. to be delivered the following working day; Mon - Fri).

Customised take a little longer. 21 days should be allowed for Customised Stampers and 7 days for Customised Stickers.

   
 

I ordered a stamper eight days ago where is it?
If you have ordered a stamper from our ES or SS range (including Clix Pen Stampers, Stick Star Stampers or Stamp Stacks they should have been despatched on the day you called or the next available working day (Mon - Fri). If this is the case and you have been waiting for over a week for your order, then please contact us so we can get this resolved for you.

If you have ordered a Customised Stamper, then you will need to allow 21 days for delivery.

How long do the Stampers last before re-inking?

Between 5,000 and 100,000 impressions depending on which stamper you choose.

   
 
I have recently purchased a Super Stamper. How do I fill it?

What is the difference between the ES range and the SS range of Stampers?
The SS range is our own range of Stampers and we are therefore able to supply these at a great price! Both the ES and SS ranges are pre-inked Stampers and ES Stampers have the added benefit of designs in gold ink.

NOTE: ES ink should not be used to re-ink an SS Stamper and vice versa!

   
 
How many stickers are there in a Customised Sticker pack?
There are 2 different sizes of Customised Stickers. The 30mm size has 48 stickers per sheet and the 35mm size has 35 stickers per sheet. The minimum purchase for either size is 2 sheets.

NOTE: There are savings to be had if you require more sheets of the same stickers by ordering them in bulk at the one time.

   
 
How do I find out how many items are in a particular product pack?
Each Product has the number per pack stated in the product information below the Product Code and Description.

   
 

I have seen a Stamper image design I like but it is in red. Can I get the design in blue?
On the web site the stamper design you are interested in can be customised if it has the Customise button under the description. This is the only way you will be able to get the design in a different ink colour. As you are then customising the stamper you will also be able to add your own text to the design, changing it to suit your requirements!
