Who are SuperStickers?
Founded in 1983, Superstickers is now one of the UK's leading providers of stickers and motivational awards for use in the school classroom.

Educational Supplier of the Year
The British Educational Suppliers Association (BESA) organises the annual EDUCATION RESOURCES AWARDS competition.

Superstickers have been awarded the Educational Supplier of the Year - Small Business Category 2004. We have also won the award in 2000 and were joint winners of the award in 1999. We have been finalists in 2001, 2002 and 2003.

Payment and Delivery

Despatch and Delivery - General Conditions

We use Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class post and Parcel Force 24hr and 48hr service and their international services for deliveries depending on order size. Delivery speed after dispatch is dependent on their service and is not guaranteed by us. An extra day for delivery may be required for Highlands and Islands and outlying parts of the UK. Delays may also occur at peak times of the year, or for reasons beyond the control of the delivery company.

We will do our utmost to dispatch within the time quoted and by the service requested but we accept no liability for any delay, whether caused by us, our suppliers, or delivery services.

Despatch and Delivery to UK Addresses

Our standard service is dispatch by the end of the working day following receipt of order by either Royal 2nd Class mail or 48hr Parcel Force. If an order contains customised stickers, badges or medals, dispatch may be delayed until the end of the third working day following receipt of order. Customised Stampers are delivered separately and may take up to 21 days. Costumes are delivered separately and will take 3-5 days.

First Class service is available for orders placed by 2.00pm. Despatch is on day of order by First Class Mail or 24hr Parcel Force. If an order contains customised stickers, badges or medals, dispatch may be delayed until the end of the second working day following receipt of order. Customised Stampers are delivered separately and may take up to 21 days. Costumes are delivered separately and will take 3-5 days.

Next Day is a guaranteed next working day delivery service. Your order must be placed by 2.00pm and must be to an address where there will be somebody available to sign a delivery receipt until 5.00pm. If the post/courier cannot complete the delivery due to lack of signature for receipt, the delivery charge cannot be refunded. This service is not available for customised items or costumes. SuperFast – There are many different services we can use to get your order to you very urgently, but these depend on the time of day you place the order and your acceptance of the cost. Please contact us by phone 0800 318192 and we will do our best to help.

If your order contains a particularly heavy or bulky item, we reserve the right to contact you before dispatch to request a payment to cover the additional postage cost, or to decline your order wholly or in part.

To submit an order online, you need to include your credit card or debit card details. We accept MASTERCARD, VISA, SOLO and MAESTRO.

Terms and Conditions

Pricing
Our prices are shown in £'s sterling by default. If you are viewing our site from a Euroland zone then select the Euro option a the top of the page before continuing to shop. For delivery within Europe our prices include VAT, and postage is free.

Outside Europe the price excludes VAT, which is not payable, but includes a charge of 20% to cover post and packaging. Orders which are particularly heavy or bulky may incurr an additional charge. Should this apply to your order, you will be contacted with full details prior to the despatch of your order

Product Availability
All products in our catalogue are held in stock. In the rare event of a problem with availability, the product will be removed from our on-line catalogue until it becomes available again.

Buy with Confidence - Guarantee
Goods which have been incorrectly ordered or which do not meet your requirements can be returned to us for a full refund of the price paid to us. The cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility. In the unlikely event that goods are of sub-standard quality or incorrectly supplied, they can be returned to us for a full refund of the price paid to us and the postage cost of returning them.

Super Stickers servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) , an advanced encryption technology that works with your internet browser to keep your information safe. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us. We do not store your Credit Card details on our server.

Our shopping system is so safe that in the highly unlikely event of credit card fraud, we will reimburse the first £50 of your loss. Legally, the credit card issuer must repay the rest. You will not be held responsible for any fraudulent credit card charges, provided you have notified your card issuer in accordance with its rules and procedures if your card has been lost or stolen.
