Fully aligned to the U.K. National Curriculum Literacy Attainment Levels, these cards engage young readers with fiction and non-fiction texts supported by real-life photography that provides context clues. Flip over double-sided cards for 5-multiple choice comprehension questions which focus on: main idea, cause and effect, sequencing, predicting outcomes, making inferences, context clues and drawing conclusions. Sets feature both fiction texts and non-fiction texts about science, maths and social studies topics. Cards are numbered and levelled to progress within sets. Each set includes 60 comprehension cards and Teacher’s Guide. Cards measure 21cm L x 14cm H each. Age 7+
